The construction project of the Indralaya-Prabumulih Section of the Toll Road section involves collaboration with relevant stakeholders, both from government agencies and BUMN, including:
Collaborate and coordinate with the South Sumatra Provincial Government, Ogan Ilir Regency, Muara Enim Regency, and Prabumulih Municipality for location determination, land acquisition, and coordination regarding toll road crossings with provincial roads, regency roads, and village roads. Collaborating with PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII to be allowed to start construction work. So that toll road construction can begin in August 2020.
Collaborating with Government Agencies of Ogan Ilir Regency, Muara Enim Regency and Prabumulih City, PT Perkebunan Nusantara VII, and PT Pertamina EP Asset II to use the access road for heavy equipment and material mobilization to the project.
Several innovations and technologies were applied to this toll road project to support the smooth running of the construction process. Among others:
BIM (Building Information Management) is applied at the construction stage for modeling and coordinating shop drawings, schedules, material take-off, and as-built drawings. Monitoring construction implementation through CCTV. Mitigate the risk of toll road construction by implementing a risk mitigation culture through the Risk Management System Dashboard.
Implement Geographic Information System (GIS) Dashboard for information management and business intelligence. This application can provide visualization and analysis of site data for a real-time view of construction progress and assets.
HK is coordinating with PPK Land, BPN, and the PUPR Ministry to anticipate delays so that toll road land acquisition gets special attention. HK also coordinates with BUMN, such as PTPN VII, for construction permits on land they owned before UGK.

As the owner, Hutama Karya will remain focused on completing toll road construction and inauguration in 2023, with a functional target for Eid 2023. In addition, Hutama Karya will re-optimize the use of technology and digitalization of construction on projects currently being worked on, manage cash flow well, and implement efficiency strategies. Furthermore, Hutama Karya will manage the Indraprabu Toll Road management plan through the Toll Road Operations Division.
In working on this project, we hope that Insan Hutama, one of the BUMNs with the tagline "Innovation for Solutions," views new technology as essential. The latest technology will make the performance more efficient in future construction work.
We hope that the community can directly experience the benefits of the presence of the Indralaya-Prabumulih Intersection Toll Road. The existence of this segment can help residents through shorter travel times, mobility for logistical needs, and improved goods
and services distribution services. Thus, economic growth and distribution of development results and justice can also broadly impact South Sumatra.
