Second, there is a shift in machine learning technology issues such as artificial intelligence (AI), which is increasingly becoming necessary. Then connectivity, as well as the collection of big data or data that is integrated and used by many stakeholders.
Human resources (HR) perception culture is the third issue. Several developed countries have a senior workforce, even with the childfree perception that they will need more human resources.
Fourth, the growth of urban centers or streams of urbanization demands the provision of infrastructure facilities. As a corporation, we must pay close attention to changes in the world's megatrends to prevent wrong future undertakings to become a superior corporation.
Fourth, the growth of new urban centers or streams of urbanization demands the provision of infrastructure facilities. As a corporation, we must pay close attention to changes in the world's megatrends to take the right attitude and become a distinguished corporate.
Finally, the issue of scarcity of natural resources. It is feared that the availability of natural resources will not meet the world's increasing population needs. Therefore, special steps are needed to process natural resources sustainably.
IMVID: Will the existing infrastructure trends influence Hutama Karya's strategy in selecting projects or business decisions? AF: It affects Hutama Karya's strategy. If it's in line with the changes, we'll be included. From the issue of urbanization,
we actively participate in projects related to connectivity.
Then from the point of limited resources, we are playing an active role in developing the Archipelago Capital City (IKN) in East Kalimantan, which carries the concept of a "green forest, smart city" surrounded by beautiful green forests with modern technology. Currently, we are building a toll road in IKN, and environmental aspects are a priority for the government to maintain its sustainability. This, of course, affects the structure of supply and costs. However, simultaneously, it will be a giant leap
for our nation to refuse to sacrifice anything for environmental sustainability. So be it if ecological sustainability had to be achieved with a certain amount of effort.
So in every activity, Hutama Karya always reminds Insan Hutama to protect biodiversity. For example, working on the Semantok Dam project, they have a windmill to drive the office's operational energy needs.
IMVID: What are the biggest challenges Hutama Karya faces if the project development process follows trends? AF: Technology and environmental changes are still expensive, but the costs incurred are worth it. For example, using a tool to uproot trees in the clearing so they can be planted elsewhere.
In addition, the mindset shift of thinking technology is now a necessity. With tools such as BIM and CCTV, it is hoped that every Insan Hutama can help to maintain, not feel exploited. So, the way we overcome this shift is to provide an easy-to-understand submission delivery, provide concrete evidence, and equate points of view.
IMVID: How does Hutama Karya optimize technology as a guide for safety and work productivity?
AF: Hutama Karya has high standards in program guidelines (safety and work productivity) that are applicable anytime and anywhere. We continue to improve facilities and infrastructure. Solely what we do is to stay ahead of our competition. Superior in quality improvement in any aspect. Starting from quality, time, product, and cost to the system.
Then internally, technically, in terms of safety and productivity, we also have to be GCG safe, we have SMAP, and everything
is integrated on one platform. So, safety is in your hand,
which means it can be accessed easily via a smartphone, the infrastructure of which has been prepared.
Our goal is to excel in competition. We can only talk about safety and productivity by talking about its people. The future of Hutama Karya rests on the shoulders of every Insan Hutama.
