March 29th, 2023, marks Hutama Karya's 62nd Birthday. Hutama Karya has contributed to Indonesia's infrastructure development for more
than six decades of work. The spirit built by Insan Hutama provides fresh ideas and innovations in developing the country. Adapting to technological developments, Hutama Karya continues revitalizing and maintaining its quality while maintaining integrity.
To date, Hutama Karya's development is inseparable from
the role of several key figures, such as Ir. Sutami served as President Director from 1961–1966. At that time, Hutama Karya had just transformed and had produced works of historical value, such as the Republic of Indonesia DPR/MPR Building in Senayan and the Dirgantara Statue Monument in Pancoran.
Under the direction of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors, who continue the relay and examples of key figures who contributed previously, Hutama Karya persists in contributing to infrastructure development in Indonesia. Since 1961, various types of construction work ranging
from bridges, buildings, dams, and airports to power plant projects. Several projects handled by Hutama Karya include the Suralaya Steam Power Plant (PLTU), JatiGede Dam, Balang Island Bridge, and the Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS). In addition, Hutama Karya has expanded into Toll Road Operation and Maintenance (OPJT), property development, and manufacturing.
In the Company's efforts to continue developing itself and become Indonesia's Most Valuable Infrastructure Developer, Insan Hutama is an integral part of its spirit to provide the best. Hutama Karya remains resilient in facing the various challenges that come. In 2023, Hutama Karya intends to grow quicker with optimism and courage. In line with that spirit, Hutama Karya's 62nd Anniversary carries Moving Rapidly with the Finest Work theme.

The pandemic has taught every Insan Hutama to remain persistent and adapt to each possibility. Therefore, not only continuing the pending projects but Hutama Karya was also entrusted with various new contracts. By maintaining costs, quality, and time, Hutama Karya believes that collaboration between Insan Hutama and related parties can provide the best work for the country.
This spirit is contained in Hutama Karya's 62nd Anniversary logo and theme. The dynamic shape of the emblem portrays Insan Hutama, who desires to explore new things and is prepared to accept challenges in all situations the company faces. Overall, the colors on this logo illustrate a collaboration between Hutama Karya and its subsidiaries. While the
theme Moving Rapidly with the Finest Work is in line with the company's primary strategy in 2023, namely by increasing the collective strength base of the business group.
By amplifying the foundation and synergizing with subsidiaries and strategic partners, Hutama Karya hopes to increase the collective strength base of the business group. The collaboration between HK Group and the supplier of quality materials can improve the results excellency in the company's portfolio. Furthermore, the bonds built between Insan Hutama in all company lines can be an additional strength to face challenges in every project.
